Moonlight Market - Booth

By making the purchase for the Moonlight Market you agree to the following:  

- This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. There will be no refunds due to weather or rescheduling your fee to a future market spot. 

- Each booth/table is to be secured by one vendor. You may not sublease your reserved spot with another vendor without prior approval from Synergy Metaphysical Shop. 

- Electricity/Water are not provided by Synergy Metaphysical Shop. While there is security lighting in the parking lot, this is not sufficient to light your products/booth space. You will be responsible to adequately showcase your items. 

- You are responsible for your own setup/tear-down. This includes providing your own tables/chairs, lights, etc. 

- You agree to hold harmless Synergy Metaphysical Shop, its officers and employees, the property owner, from any and all loss, damage, expenses, claims, suits, proceedings, actions and causes of actions of any kind.

- You authorize Taboo Events LLC, Moonlight Market, and Synergy Metaphysical Shop to use images and videos from the event to be used in current and future marketing.
